Furthermore, the MR2 update enhances the Android security patch, raising it to the September 2024 level for both smartphones. Along with other improvements, USB Data Security—which requires authentication when switching USB modes—and Split-Screen App Combinations—which let users remember their preferred app combinations in split-screen mode for fast access—also feature in the update.
