Even additional information have now surfaced after the previous CAD-based render leak for Google’s forthcoming Pixel 9a.
The most recent data indicates that Google will announce four different colour choices for the Pixel 9a: Porcelain, Obsidian, Peony, and Iris. Said another way, they have white, black, a pinkish tint, and a purple-blue colour respectively.
Fascinatingly, the Aloe and Bay hues featured on the Pixel 8a are absent on the Pixel 9a. Dimensions wise, the new gadget will be somewhat higher by 1.9 mm and only 0.3 mm broader than its predecessor. It will stand 154 mm tall and 73 mm wide. It will be thinner at 8.5 mm thick, however, from the 8a’s 8.9 mm.
Unless the two devices are side by side, these little size variations are unlikely to be seen for the typical user.
Officially unveiled at Google’s I/O developer conference in May, the Pixel 9a But given Google’s latest hardware release schedule—that which includes revealing the Pixel 9 family earlier than usual—there’s a likelihood the Pixel 9a may come sooner. Apparently even Android 16 is starting sooner than expected.
