Recent leaks have provided us additional information about the forthcoming OnePlus Ace 5, which will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a development from the Ace 3 running on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The missing Ace 4 was skipped because to tetraphobia, a prevalent dislike of the number 4 in several civilizations.
The consistent leaker Digital Chat Station verified today that the regular OnePlus Ace 5 would definitely use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is supposed to stay only available on the Chinese market. Still, the OnePlus Ace 5 will probably be renamed as the OnePlus 13R for global markets, arriving with the OnePlus 13. This matches the Ace 3, which was unveiled internationally as the OnePlus 12R.
