Originally unveiled alongside the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 in July, Samsung has officially launched their newest modified Android interface One UI 6.1.1. The Galaxy S24 series may get the update immediately. Currently pushed out to the Galaxy S24 Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra in South Korea, the Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 is likely to be widely released shortly.
About 2.8GB in size, the update for South Korea arrives with firmware version S92xNKSU3AXH. Samsung said at the upcoming IFA show that One UI 6.1.1 would provide fresh capabilities like Live Translate and Circle to Search for the Galaxy S24 series Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5. The foldable devices are scheduled to get the upgrade just after the IFA conference.
Samsung also revealed that new apps meant to boost creativity and connection like Sketch to Image and Portrait Studio would be included into the One UI 6.1.1 upgrade.
