Officially unveiling the Spark 30 series, Tecno has expanded the roster with the arrival of the Spark 30 Pro. Fans of the series will definitely find this new model and its companion in a unique Transformers-themed version appealing. See the whole feature analysis here if you would like more knowledge about the standard version.
The Spark 30 Pro is unique in its category because of its superior 4.5G (LTE superior) connection, as well as many of Tecno’s most recent AI powered capabilities included in its software.
A large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution, an amazing 120 Hz refresh rate, and a max brightness of 1,700 nits powers the gadget. While a 13 MP front-facing camera rests in a covert punch-hole form, the screen also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Spark 30 Pro has a dual-camera arrangement at the back for fans of photography. Along with an “AI Camera,” presumably serving as a depth sensor to improve portrait photographs with more exact background blur effects, this boasts a strong 108MP main camera.
The Helio G100 chipset from MediaTek powers the Spark 30 Pro; this update over the Helio G99 makes it the most powerful LTE-only CPU now in use. Along with 8 GB of RAM, which can be practically increased to 16 GB, this guarantees seamless performance. Regarding storage, consumers have choices between 128 GB and 256 GB to fit different demands.
Running on Android 14 with Tecno’s own HIOS overlay, the Spark 30 Pro has creative artificial intelligence capabilities. These include an eraser tool, cut-out capabilities for creative picture editing, and the AIGC Imaging suite—which provides AI-enhanced portrait photography. Along with AI Wallpaper and AI Artboard which provide for individualized software customizing, the gadget also has a voice assistant driven by Google Gemini.
Designed with a slim 7.4 mm thin shell and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging capability, the smartphone guarantees lifetime and rapid power replenishment. Claiming it can withstand 25,000 drops from 10 cm, 600 tumbles, and 2,000 compressions Tecno has thoroughly tested the phone’s durability. The volume button may be pushed 500,000 times without problem; the USB-C connection is certified for 20,000 plug-ins.
Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Hi-Res Audio, FM Radio, NFC connectivity, and an infrared connector enabling the phone to operate as a remote control for different home appliances are among other features.
The Spark 30 series’s Transformers variant has a distinctive design sensibility. Whereas the Spark 30 Pro uses Optimus Prime’s colors—blue, red, and silver—the Spark 30 chooses a black and yellow Bumblebee-inspired motif.
Targeting a younger audience, Tecno’s partnership with Hasbro, the manufacturer of Transformers, is meant to bring enthusiasm to the product. The bundle for the special edition buyers should include gift packs and unique branded goods.
Apart from the Transformers-oriented variant, the Spark 30 Pro will also be accessible in two additional color choices: Arctic Glow (White) and Obsidian Edge (Black). Stay tuned for further updates; Tecno has not yet published the official price and availability information for the Spark 30 Pro and its variations.
